    What lenth do you let gherkin cucumbers grow to.?

    Also Telegraph cucumbers?

    Sorry can't offer any advice on the gherks but telegraphs as soon as they look big enough to eat, they grow really quick so you shouldn't be waiting too long. What sort are you growing, I've got Burpless on the go which don't need the male flowers to be removed but some telegraphs do need them taking off to avoid the fruit being bitter.

      Gerkin cucumbers need to only be about 6 ins long any longer and they are full of seeds and could be bitter. Telegraph about 12 ins.
