  • Cucumbers with white ends?

Hi! Seeds from Lidl. To be fair I could've left this cuc another day or so but there's larger ones that are very similar in colour. What does the white end mean? Not quite ready?

    Thanks

I've not grown this variety, but when the end starts to go pale I take it as a signal to pick it straight away before it starts going yellow and overripe.

Im only a few years experience of growing them,

However, one year I just left one to see how big it could get!

When I did this, it started to discolour like yours, and when I finally picked it the seeds in the middle were too big and hard to make it edible.

If I see that now I pick them.
