    Cucumber covered in bugs

    I have bugs all on my marketmore cucumber. At first they looked like weird coloured aphids. Managed to get a close up of them but can't seem to identify them. No visible damage to any part of the plants as yet. They are in the tunnel with tomatoes, melons and a few winter seedlings.not on anything else just the cumbers


    Wondered if anyone could identify them for me please

      Aphids go brown when parasitised. I forget who down a thread not that long a go with a pic.

          We had these in the greenhouse last year, absolute devils to get rid of. Soap etc just didn't bother them (even mixed far too strong) in the end we resorted to buying some neem oil which eventually worked. They seemed to be concentrated on the chillis and aubergines and were active before the natural predators had hatched.

                I have no idea what they are - but its an excellent picture!!

                I have bugs on absolutely everything this year!
