  • Courgette question

Having never grown them before I have a couple il be planting out , I've no flowers yet as young. Do I need to remove any flowers ?
Mum has 2 plants outside I've given her and one in her greenhouse with a load of male and female flowers. Do I need to get her removing some? I think it'd be better outside leaving more room for toms .
    Sorry..ramble day.

No need to remove any flowers on courgettes. Stick them in the ground and let them get on with it.

No CG, just let the insects do their thing & the flowers will die naturally.

You can pick off excessive male flowers later , dip them in tempura batter and deep fry them...really, really yummy

Need to be freshly picked or they will wilt and it won't work.
