  • Courgette problem

One of my courgette plants is looking a little sickly and is producing nobbly fruit. I don't know what's wrong with it, but suspect it might be cucumber mosaic virus. I think the variety is defender, which I thought was meant to be resistant, but maybe I am wrong. I will try to attach some pictures. Can anyone help me identify what's wrong with it?

Wait until a few other grapes reply in case I'm wrong!

Knobbly courgies can indicate CMV. Have lost six plants of differing varieties to it this year. I must be the only gardener who can't grow courgettes. Keep an eye out for the leaves looking mottled too.

Thanks Mr Bones! I thought it probably was! I have dug up the affected plant, hoping that my second courgette plant doesn't succumb too! First time I've ever had this problem with them! Hope you have some survivors too!
