    only one of the 3 courgettes I planted has survived the cold and slug onslaught.

    could I still plant some do you think? or is it too late?

            Yes you can sow direct outside too now it's warmer.

              3 more planted ( 2 seeds at a time to foil the ****slugs)

                I noticed last night that my plants are getting quite big, but the slugs are still eating them. Blue smarties have been distributed I'm afraid.
