I have two compost bins and when one if full I start on the other. Myfull one has been sitting there now for about 9 months and when I looked at it the other day the contents looked just right, ripe and ready.
Should I dig it in or scatter it over the top of dug ground, and is this the right time of year. I do mean when it is a bitt warmer to dig, say a couple of weeks?
