  • Chitting problem....

    Hello all,

I recently bought a few kilos of Rocket - (first early) I thougt it was too early to start chitting so I left them in a cardboard box under the stairs where its cool and dark.

Upon checking themthis weekend, to my horror, I discovered that they've all developed unhealthy looking white shoots - all about half and inch to an inch long...

What do I do? knock them all off and start again? Or stick them in the light and hope for the best?

    Disaster!

Jimmer, Zazen has merged the thread you started earlier with the other threads on chitting potatoes. The recommendations were to get the spuds in the light and rub off the shoots if you want to.
