i've got flowers on my cayenne plants which were sowed in feb and kept on a sunny window sill.
The mixed seeds i sowed in april are still very small so no flowers but they'll be going into the greenhouse next week (it's just getting built now!) so hopefully they'll be going great guns soon.

They will flower when they are ready and there isn't much you can to do speed them along

I'm with Shirl Finney. Your chillies will flower when they are ready - it depends on the variety, when they were planted etc But they will flower. Be patient.
