If the leaves are going crinkley, you probably have aphids.

Squish them off regularly and give them a good watering after doing so, and make sure they get fed weekly so that they are strong and healthy.

If theres no sign of bugs on the crinkley leaves did you sow any habaneros as their leaves are more 'crinkley' than flat?

          Once a week is enough.

The main thing is to find out whether the leaves are crinkly because of aphids or because you have a crinkly variety!

A weekly feed is enough, as mentioned earlier.
