as we seem to be getting better weather at the moment all the peppers are now growing away like mad, with the sweet, chilli, jalapeno and small windowsill types,i was surprised to find that we now have 20 plants, tried 3 different types of sweet pepper seed, but none germinated,so bought 2 x3 plants @75p,so they better deliver,we had good weather over the weekend but just seen next weeks forecast, and its a usual brit summer, rain sleet, snow, gales, and thats just here in scotland,we can tell when summers here, the rain gets warmer !!!!

after wishing for some help with the watering it hasn't stopped persisting since........lets hope it encourages the potatoes to swell as nothing looks anywhere near ready.

I dont mind the rain its the lack of sunshine and warmth that seems to have made all my veggies sulk...although I cant believe how perky my courgettes and pumpkins look after 2 nights of torrential rain and 6-8C temps!
My forecast is just more grey clouds.
