    Dear Pepper
I know I live a lot futher south than you (Cambs), but I planted mine about 2 weeks ago
also in raised beds. I think it would be ok for you to plant yours too,
    good luck.

They are both hardy (think about it ... they are winter vegetables).

However ~ harden them off for 7-10 days before they go out, and protect from pigeons and butterflies.

I put mine into raised beds yesterday after hardening them off and they are always ok at this time of year in East Yotks. make sure you cover them well as two sheds advises.

They have been out of the greenhouse for a couple of weeks I have them outside during the day but have been putting them in a 4 tier plastic greenhouse at night. I have never grown veg before so I am not really sure when I should be planting things out. I come on here every night to see what i can learn. I am ok with flowers, have been growing them from seed for about 14 years just never tried veg before until this year when i got my raised beds
