Brown bit on my pepper

  • Brown bit on my pepper

    I've got a lovely pepper growing..just the one (some flowers though)..now, this is probably a silly question, but there's a bit of a brown icky patch on it. Should I just cut it off and bin/compost it or can I eat around it?

    One of mine has a brown patch too. The others seem OK though.
    I'm going to leave it be, and see what it's like on the inside when I cut it open.
    No idea what has caused it though.

        Oh thanks, that looks like the culprit. I think some mulching is in order and more regular watering.
