As usual I checked the garden temp this morning. -8c 
Inside the ghouse 11c. The only heating I have in there is a small Glen fan heater. I could never work out how to set the thermostat but with trial and error it appears to be working just right. I know it is still too cold to use for delicates but I at least on the right track. I needed to keep the strelitzia comfy.
