      I'm sure you can invent something to do that BM.
      Maybe using egg trays, a salt shaker and a rolling pin...........

            I was always fascinated how they sowed seeds for mass production, now that I know, I can move on.................just wanted to share my fascination.......

              could you bare to have that mess in the tree nest,be a bit damp with the water,

                  I found that I was much happier pricking out three seed plug trays at once!



                  but then I found that failed-germination gaps in my seed plug tray were a pain, so Santa Claus got me one of these

                        They are some of the coolest toys I have ever seen
                        So what plant were they? Dose any one know?
                        Toy 1 seed sowing. I don't know
                        Toy 2 pricking out. I would say petunia?
                        Toy 3 amalgamating. I don't know.

                              Mal, did you never visit the council nursery at RedHall??? they have one of those its fascinating to stand and watch.........I know I need to get a life ;-)
