  • Anyone posted a seedling before?

I'd like to send someone one, have thought of how I can do it (current it's in a single seed tray cell - so I'll put tape over the compost in it to keep it in, then attacha top (was thinking maybe something like atooth pick top) and seal, then place in a jiffy bag?)

    Any other suggestions?

    What is it?

I post them quite often and usually dissect a small coke bottle and wedge them in with tissues etc and tape up so that the top has room to move a little.

Sweet pepper! It's only an inch or so tall at the mo..

A coke bottle is a great idea, thanks!

Even better, I need to find some lovely burberry wearing "family" and ask politely for their panda cola bottle, as that'd suit it even more !! hehe

Naah - that sounds like far too good an idea to have come from me...

Practise makes us a little better, it doesn't make us perfect.

I use loo rolls (empty of course). Just stick it over sellotaped to its pot, with some gentle packing if need be, and sellotape over the top.
Why didn't Noah just swat those 2 greenflies?

Why are they called apartments when they are all stuck together?
