  • Anyone know what this may be?

    Hey guys,

Do any of you know what this might be? Ive got a few in my border so I am assuming I might have sowed them, I have left them as I thought they might be broccoli but they started getting little flower buds.
The pics are just of the flower buds.
    Thanks
    Jen

If the flowers come out blue, it is borage.

mmm yeah it may be borage I remember I did have some the year before last but between my bad memory and the bairn getting into my seed tin I dunno if I had sowed them or she has managed to open the pack and Ive hoovered them up.

oh well what ever it is it should be good for the bugs

Yes, that certainly looks like borage. A very attractive plant to bees, so - assuming it isn't taking over your vegetable patch - it is very useful for vegetable gardeners.

Put the flowers in icecubes, they look lovely in drinks Though, not tea - or coffee !
