    Hiya

Can anyone help me and tell me what this is please and how much damage if any it can do to my veggies?

It's coming through from next door I think and I keep pulling it out but it's still growing!!

Thanks in advance!! Sorry for the size of these - haven't worked out how to make smaller yet

I agree with Jax - can't you have a peek over the fence and see what it is on the other side?

Looks to me like a bramble growing strongly from an established root. The close-up make it look very scary but it should be easy enough to dig out

Its Bramble, make sure you get all the roots out when you dig it up, or you get lots of small plants like ive gone and done

I agree with the bramble - we have a hideous beast of one at the edge of our garden that comes back every year regardless of how much i hack off it and dig out of the ground and laughs in the face of weed killer! I guess it must have a mother-root the other side of the fence because it's immortal.
