Hey Minty, don't sweat it. Don't be spending money on phonecalls or you could have bought the spuds! Lol!

Its peak-time for seed companies now. When I've emailed DT in the past you do get a reply but it takes a while.

woe to ye worrymongers of little faith (me included).
Situation is this.
If you posted your order to DT Browns you would have had to buy the 6kg of Vales Emerald to qualify for the 10 free. However as a special online deal you were able to get the 10 free without any additional purchase.
It has just been confirmed to me that the status of my ONLINE order for the free 10 ONLY is dispatched which can take up to 14 days.............................................. ...Am i off the hook now ????????? Minty X

Thanks for the update Minty. I never doubted you. The website would have informed us if there was a non-qualification I am sure.

Me too.
I have just got home from work and there is a letter from DT Brown advising me that my potatoes are to follow.

Incidentally in the envelope there was a leaflet for GYO mag, join by DD and get 3 issues for a £1.

So they must be friends.

I was almost tempted, but note that the small print says the offer is for a minimum 12 month subscription.

Hi, one of their sales team phoned me about a different matter today so i stole the opportunity to hijack the conversation with "wheres my potatoes".I was told as before that they are currntly stated as in despatch which can take up to 3 weeks, so im sitting tight as im sure it will not be long.
Regards Minty X

Default Woohoo - seed potatoes are here

Having followed this thread with interest (as I also sent off for the taters, got the ranunculus, blah di blah) I am pleased to report I came home from work today to find a six-inch box full of brown paper and.... dah dah! my seed potatoes. Anyone else got them yet?

Good grief, Manda, I can't believe our postal service is slower than yours. Our last post from the postbox at the end of the lane goes at 9am for heaven's sake! However, our postman never turns up (in a van) before 2pm, so maybe that gave him more time to put them in his sack, and yours will turn up tomorrow????
