Watering when using mini polytunnels

Hi,
I'm new to growing vegetables. I have four 2.7m x 1.25m raised beds. I am currently growing some chinese vegetables, (Pak Choi, Choy Sum and chinese cabbage) in one of them. As it's getting colder, I am going to use a mini polytunnel. Could anyone give any tips for watering when using one of these?
