| Should be fine for toms and chillis in the summer, lots of folks down our allotment used them for that last year, and we are using one on our second plot, tho havent got round to putting it up yet, tis a bit exposed to do it round here yet, perhaps in another month or so!

| Is it clear plastic with green 'squares' in it? If it is, it is the same as the one I got last year which was superb for my toms, cucumbers, chilis and peppers. Sadly, mine gave up the ghost in November when we had bad winds here. |

| I just re-read and see you got it from the same place I did. I also bought the 'shelves' or whatever they called them - one of those fits perfectly along the short 'back' wall of the greenhouse for more seed trays. |

| I bought a couple from Focus for myself and daughter a few weeks ago.I was abit disapointed with it as although its wider than my old mini-greenhouse the quality doesn't seem as good.Only time will tell.My sons fiancee wants one for her birthday, so will have a look at the one in instore. |

| I gave up on finding a real greenhouse that I could afford and got a very large (12foot long) plastic reinforced jobby instead. Also can move it with me when we go in the next year or so. Went to Wilko and got 2 x 4 tier staging for £7.99 each, they are nice and strong and filt 3 full seed trays on each tier......chuffed. Sam X |

| Bought one of the £9.99 jobbies to put inside my glass greenhouse with a small parrafin cold frame heater in it. Can't say i'm impressed with it though as when I went to zip up the front the zip came away from the plastic on both sides. Should have taken it back really but couldn't be bothered as its ample for what I require. Deffinately no good for outdoors though as it resembles a box kite (and probably flies as well as one!) Flimsy, but adequate for my needs I guess. It'll probably get binned at the end of the year! Caveat emtor!!!!

| ho ho.. I just bought one yesterday (from Instore) for the grand total of £34.99. Blooms wanted £60.00 for exactly the same thing. I'm probably going to put it up next weekend. Once I've got myself some organic growbags (I'd like some decent soil in which to grow something). More power to your elbows. |

| Can i ask a silly question? Are we talking rigid plastic greenhouses or ones with the plastic cover you slip over? Or are people talking about both in the same thread? The ones with the slip over flexible cover i have done and they have blown away after a couple of weeks along with all the money i spent on them. However i am thinking of the possibilty of getting a rigid plastic greenhouse (that look similar to glass greenhouses but have plastic frosted panels instead of glass) just because glass ones are so expensive. What have peoples experiences been with these rigid plastic type? Are they stable enough to withstand wind? Any recommendations on where to get them? Thanks |

| Folks on the plot opposite ours lost 2 of them during the Gales a while back, one of them was seen 30' in the air, and landed in a tree outside of the plots! Whatever type you get, anchor it securely! In the gales even our 8' by 10' aluminium and glass greenhouse lost some panes, and was bent slightly from the vertical, nothing we couldnt fix, but surprising when its been concreted in!

| I have mine anchored to the fence behind it and to the ground via guide ropes and so far (touch wood) seems to be holding up ok. I am more worried about the coming bad weather affecting the plants I have growing in there at the moment. I have peas, broad beans in trays and carrots in pots, all of them are off the ground but I would hate to lose them to the frost |
