Plastic greenhouse and sunlight

Hi

My garden does get much direct sunlight, only about 3-4hours per day. And I was wondering whether having a plastic walk in greenhouse will help compensate for the lack of direct sunlight for plants like tomatoes, peppers, courgettes etc.
