Default Newbie with pest question

Hi,

My greenhouse has been invaded by this little fellow:

They appear to be hundreds of small yellow spiders. Anyone know if i should be concerned for my Toms and peppers? Also any recommendations on how I can organically get rid of them?

No need to get rid of them...leave them be, they wont do any harm.

They are simply newly-hatched baby spiders. Good guys ~ leave them be.
