Default Curly cucumbers

My cucumbers are coming along quite nicely, but a couple of them are curling back on them selves. Is this normal, or am I missing something.

I'm loving those cube melons though!

i tried to make a square tomato last year, but the blight got there first. Thanks for reminding me - must try again. Where's my double sided sticky tape again...

try growing the plant up a stick in a green house the tendrils will grab hold of it, and let gravity do the rest for straight fruit.
also a good idea for space saving.

If you add a bit of viagra to the water when watering that should straighten them out.
