    What's Christine's Garden?

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      from the bbc website

"Horticultural lecturer, writer, plantswoman and all-round garden enthusiast, Christine Walkden, returns for a new series, Fridays, 8pm, BBC Two. "

the last series was not bad viewing

If you like Christine, she's got a book of the series coming out, and writes a column in Amateur Gardening.

Can see what you mean Two Sheds, she seems like a lovely lady though, very down to earth, probably similar to Titch in that way too!

Cool, thanks for posting that, have been thoroughly enjoying the first series when I've seen it in the mornings sporadically on UKTVGardens!

Watched this last night - Christine is a hoot, isn't she. Can't help but warm to her.

Sorry I have to differ Muckdiva - she is too much for me. I am sure she is a lovely, knowlegable lady, but - all that buzz on a friday night when I just want to chill.

OH and myself both enjoyed last night's prog. We love her vitality and enthusiasm. Watching her when she got the railway job was a hoot. Looking forward to the rest of her series.

                              Nicos,
Don't start Trousers off again....! I've already had it in the neck yesterday with "Where's my late Birthday Present then?" when my seeds arrived.....!
I really think he's serious about this present now, and with a little bit of overtime, I'll try and procure said 'personally autographed hardback' then, but let's keep it quiet from now on, eh! No scarecrow jokes, no lace-up wellies with no skirt, no de-frocking of the coat or anything..... just quiet, dignified, proper. Mmm. On a loser here I feel, eh?!
