Default So called offers?

Subsription for 12 issues of GYO is £36.95 with free book, and 6 issues cost £13.50 without free book?? I am no Carol Vordeman but does the free book actually cost £9.95??

I have only two issues under my belt so am by no means an athority on this subject; but I have noticed that there seem to be a number of different introductory offers open to readers to choose. I think that they change from month to month? however there are other sites on the net that also offer subscriptions to many magazines and they always have a gardening section.
Looking on these sites and taking up their offers means you recive a large percent discount off the cost rather than a free gift. I know that the free gifts in GYO change because in Septembers issue they wrote that if you had subscribed to the magazine for 12months earlier in the year then you could also recieve the free book by contacting the GYO staff and requesting a copy. I think that with the magazine in it's infantsy, we will see many different offers to tempt us to sign up rather than go on buying from the supermarkets, after all the point of sale always takes a cut off the sale price.
Buying direct from the GYO Staff may make the difference to how long the magazine lasts. This may sound bleak but not all good magazines make it. Perhaps if they did an artical on say..."Grow Carrots in your Porshe" or "Check out Abi Titmus 's new wellies" it would sell more copies. There again if that what was what they were putting in the magazine then I for one would not be buying it.

i took out your offer of the blueberry bush with my subscription, when i tried to do it over the phone i was told they could not process it and i was to send in the form so i did, did not hear anything for about a month and then that was an enquiry to ask if i had sent the form in. if they have my contact details they have recived my form. was this just a delay ploy so i dont get the free offer my 1st mag i recieved from you was the march addition....
fantastic mag !!!! i have canceled my gardeners world (sorry Monty) keep up the good work.........
