Default Seed Offers at Morrisons

Hi y'all
I've put this info in the thread with the info on Lidl offers then I thought grapes with no Lidl nearby might not read it, so just to let you all know, Morrisons are selling seeds at 49p a packet or 3 for £1. They have most of the commonly grown veg, flowers, both annual and perrenial, and herbs.

Morrisons also selling fruit trees, approx 3 ft high for £4.99, and ornamental trees (eg willow) the same size for £1.99.
And Homebase were selling 6 ft fruit trees for £9.99 today.

Michael
They only had a few left when I was there but they had apple trees - both eaters and cookers and a range of ornamentals including willow, rowan (sorbus) and crab apple (malus). Can't remember specific varieties though. The trees themselves were each between 3 - 4 ft in height and sold in pots. They looked healthy enough to me.

I bought 4 willows a few years ago from Morrisons at that price, and all but one are fine. I left one in a tub facing south in a heatwave and went on hols for 2 weeks, so it's not really a surprise! I thought it was a mis-pricing and went back for more as presents!! can't comment on the fruit trees though.
