Default Plant Shop

Every year I return to Robinsons (The Mammoth Onion) suppliers in Cabus, Garstang, near Preston Lancs.
I went today and was horrified at their price increase, although I felt kind of jealous and at looking at lucious courgette plants, cucumbers and cabbages etc etc etc I was pretty shocked.
I enquired as to why the price increase and they blamed it on last years poor crops.

I lfet with nothing.

I can recommend their plants and vegetables, they are very healthy and advice is always given.

I have looked aorund on the internet and found MUCH better prices for the same items with free P&P.

A shame to see such price hikes, so unfortunatley my custom is lost unless the prices come down.

There was a warning that plants in the garden centers would rise in price because of the cost of heating oil, if this is causing hardship to the big growers who produce millions of plants think how much harder it must be for the small specialist growers.
