Last year someone posted this, and I received my free bulbs, so I thought I'd pass on the favour and see if it works this year.
We found you needed to go to the site and order a catalogue first and sign up for their newsletter to get on their database, then you go to promotions, enter code FR11, and follow through the order process. You will not get charged postage and packing if it works. As a subscriber already I have ordered my bulbs.
