Folding Wheelbarrow - opinions please!

i personally wouldnt use one on an allotment,, my mum has one and i dont think it would be up to the lumps and bumps around the site (at least on ours) they're ok but my money would be on a 'proper' wheelbarrow

I've got one and I think it's rubbish! Not very sturdy and constantly seems to be folding itself back up and the two 'stabilising bits' always seem to be getting caught on things and tipping it over! Sorry!
I'd go for a proper wheel barrow or even just a sturdy bucket.....I have one of those large rubbery bendy buckets which I use far more than a wheelbarrow!

Please don't waste the time and effort. We attempted to put one together and in the end took it back and the guy in the Garden Centre agreed they were rubbish.

oooh they are rubbish i test drove one, get a nice sturdy one from A REPUTABLE garden centre lol..........the ideas some manufacturers come up with.

They're very good on flat surfaces for moving small plants etc about but would be totally useless on a plot where it's not that even. Either get a proper wheel barrow of if you want something smaller that folds up you can buy wheely frames to put a large trug into which could work well - not tried one but they do look good.
