please help someone - what can I do about the lovely white florets of my caulis going mildewy and tatty as they grow larger - I have tried bending over leaves - how exactly should you do this and are there any other ways to avoid this happening - they look inedible - I have about 10 left coming on and I want to prevent this happening to them. please help - I have spent hours tending these in the winds and weather and would hate to think I wont have any to eat or freeze down.
