Think they were from Preston originally but there's quite a few of them about in the NW. Nearest one to me is Knutsford so no good for normal shopping but I'll pop in if I'm going past one of them. They're much better than the mainstream supermarkets - not perfect but at least they have pretty reasonable ethics and as Nicos says, source as much local stuff as possible.
Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.
