We seem to have the same for a change. I bought the extending fruit picker thingy last year and it's ok. Withstanding the weather well and nicely low tech.

Am hoping to pick up a compost bin this year.

Got an Aloe vera plant & a pack of Tulipa tarda bulbs- both look good quality. I wanted the weed burner but they didn't have any in our store- probably worried that the local kids would start using them as flame throwers!

We wanted the fruit picker thing, but have been to 3 stores and no-one had them

If anyone has seen them at a Lidl in the northwest (around Preston/Blackpool/Lancaster) please can you let me know??

Cheers

Didn't see any fruit pickers in my local store, either, but managed to get a compost bin.

It sometimes seems a bit hit and miss when and if things turn up. If unsuccessful this time I am assured by a member of staff that the same offers will be back in the spring.
