Default Hoola Hoops!

Just been to Tesco for milk and got 4 hoola hoops (and funny looks at the checkout!) Only 64p each - cut in half they'd make good supports for cloches, netting etc. Can't seem to look at stuff these days without seeing a use for it on the veg plot!

Hi Martini,

What a good idea!!! I've also used old bike wheels cut in half and removed the spokes to make cloche supports. I must admit I'm exactly the same with looking at things, sad I know.

Glad I'm not alone; whenever I see pallets I think shed, compost bin. I even see small propogators in all sorts of food packaging if its got a clear lid. Our daughter just tuts and shakes her head.
