Hi wondered if you could help, I started my subscription middle of april, still no plants had an email asking me to wait 28 days, it's been that and more, any ideas

I also got my subscription with the free plug plants and I might be wrong but I am sure I read the small print and it said expected despatch date as mid May time.

Phoned GYO today and according to their records all plants were sent out & delivered last week, but I still haven't had mine so I am waiting for a phone call back, they are trying to find out where they are and if there is a problem and reason for delay

I've not had mine either, i was desperately trying to finish the area in my plot early last week because i thought they would be here by now and i only got my plot 2 months ago and thought the plugs would give me a head start.

I subscribed on the 15th April and used the link from the GFAV website so i'm not sure... No cards through the door to saw they are at the post office ( if they come via royal mail) so i hope they are not sat in a hot building somewhere in this sun! :/

Recived a phonecall back, they were sent out last week so they should arrive this week, so we shall have to wait and see

I'm in a similar position, i went for it way too early this year and then got caught out by that bad weather a couple of weeks ago, so just as my seedligs were popping up the hail frost and some snow came back and killed them all I need them for this years crops
My family and I rely heavily on our home grown so hoping they come soon.

I also phoned and was told all orders had been fulfilled but to wait until the end of this week and if its still not arrived to ring them back. Am getting impatient now!

still waiting here as well. If the plants turn up dead, i shall be very unimpressed.
