Default Online subscription problem
Trying to sign up to renew (did it through magazine group for this year), but I need a web Id - the link for what that means gets a 404 and I dont think I have one...
How can I find out how many issues I have left and what my Web Id is, so I can renew ?

Yes we have the same problem, the subscription is in my husbands name and address and we have emailed over and over to get the web id with not even a reply to say they are looking into it. Pretty rubish customer service and so we are thinking we won't renew the sub.
Shame because we enjoy the magazine, but the customer service isn't up to much. You should get a reply to emails and shouldn't have to join the forum and post to get the staff's attention.

When you try to log in there is a link to a page where it says if you have problems with your web id please email this address. Having checked my mail I can see the email linked from your site is aceville@servicehelpline.co.uk.

Perhaps your site is linking to the wrong address?

Andrea - when you log in to the subs pages you can click on your account and that e-mail address is there. I e-mailed a while ago and got a reply today so bear with it, you do hear!
