    Well....We've just heard that the Subs section is changing as from the beginning of Feb and that Grapes can now contact Dovetail direct without going through Subs .
    We'll be making a general announcement when we know more but here are the contact details which you can use....

    Might be worth emailing them directly with all you details...and past history of events!

    Hopefully missing out mods and subs should speed things up....

    I realise it's Sunday. They have had my details endless times over the last 2 years. I am a seriously fed up subscriber grrrrrr!

    ^^^..,yep, that's one of the reasons why we mods have asked for the whole process to be changed to be more efficient!
    It'll be interesting to see the response.
    Admin did say 'as from Feb'... so they might be a tad surprised to hear from someone before the 1st.

    Well,I emailed them got an automated reply saying we will respond with 48 working hours. 96 working hours later they said they can't get anymore of the February issues so have extended my subscription by one month and case is now closed! !!!! Within that 96 hours I actually collected my February issue and emailed them to say so. My impressed. I sent a photo if the postage paid which was 2nd class Royal mail. Maybe this is the cause of delay being 2nd class. Anyway I have now taken out a subscription with another gardening magazine and will compare the postal and customer service of both.
