| This is used a lot in indian cuisine but is also useful to perk up all manner of dishes Aromatic Salt 100g coarse sea salt such as Malden 1 teaspoon ground allspice 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Just grind and store in an airtight jar If you want it spicier take the salt from above and add 1 teaspoon dried mint 1/2 teaspoon dried fenugreek 1 teaspoon ground almonds 1/2 teaspoon tumeric Again these are much used recipes from the "curry bible"
