Pumpkin basics please

I planted a couple of pumpkins. They have just started to flower. Just wondering if i have to do any thing or let it get on with it.

I would have thought that watering is the most important part of growing Pumpkins but mother is doing a mighty fine job on her own perhaps a bit of general fertilizer now and again jacob

Sounds good, she is a good girl. Hpefully she will let the sun out for a bit!!!!!

I'd be interested in the number of pumpkins per plant - and does this apply to squash as well, think I might have overdone the squash this year... They are very feisty plants, I must say, get scared to stand still for two minutes encase I get entwined. Will get feeding so they grow even bigger.
