            Hi,
I am forcing some rhubarb. Can you do more than one picking and then stop about July time for it to get its strength back? Or do you have to just judge it on how the plant is doing?

Even without forcing I managed to pull a couple of sticks of rhubarb today. Never before had rhubarb in February, a full two months earlier than last year!!

Added to some chopped apple from the freezer it made a yummy crumble.

Mine, grown in 100% shade and having been ruthlessly dug up a week or so ago to create a new raised bed, is looking like it might be ready in a week or 2. I thought I might at least have slowed it down by chopping off some of its roots, but obviously not
