can sumone help me.

my grape vine is 3 year old, last year i had grapes black size of the end of my littel finger, at this time of year thay are littel green fruit nurmel, but can you tell me why the green fruit are falling off the grapes, my girlfrend say thay are flowering , but i dont think thay flower do thay

Yes they do flower and mine are at the moment.
