clusters of tiny white eggs on underside of beetroot leaves - any ideas?

discovered them today on bolthardy plants and rubbed em off, wondered what they are/were?

White fly. Pretty harmless, just spray with soapy water.

Cabbage white butterflies produce bright yellow egg clusters!!

too small for butterfly eggs, scouring the web , it looks as thought they are beetroot leaf miner - as other clusters have the tell tale leaf miner tracks leading off. thanks anyway
