Rhubarb Schnapps

Hi Guys

I was just wondering what do you like with your Rhubarb when the Schnapps is ready? I bottled my first lot last night and was thinking its a bit of a wast just to bin it.

I Currysniffa....good question as I'm about to come to the end of the first jar we made (we're just pouring the juice out and leaving the fruit just now), I was thinking about just topping it up with voddy again and putting in a bit more fresh rhubarb, but dont know if that would be ok. Tis good stuff though and my FIL gave it his hard earned seal of approval last night! Of course the third glass was just to make sure it was definately as good as he had first thought...hic...
