Banana Shallots

Does anyone know how to get some seeds - last year I got some from Rowswell Fuit & Veg but this year, I cannot get an answer.
Also, Could anyone give me some tips to grow. Last year's crop was not a great success. Thanks to all for your help

I bought some of these in the GC earlier this year. Not sure if they are authentic banana shallots, but look similar.
