  • Dig for Recovery!

I know its a bit of a cliche and a play on words, but after seeing it in the local paper I thought it was rather apt.

At present we are still allowed to tend our allotments while still sticking to Government guidelines and keeping our distance from others.

This could change in the future if a total lockdown was deemed necessary.

I belong to the no-dig organic if possible brigade, but would gladly get behind this banner.
My Majesty made for him a garden anew in order
to present to him vegetables and all beautiful flowers.- Offerings of Thutmose III to Amon-Ra (1500 BCE)

    Diversify & prosper

I'll be going no-dig once I've finished digging the perennial weeds like docks out! Serves me right for neglecting the plot for two summers but at least I'm now off until further notice so can spend every day at the allotment knocking it into shape.
If I'm not on the Grapevine I can usually be found here!....https://www.thecomfreypatch.co.uk/

Me too, the only digging I do is to harvest JA's and parsnips.
