Default Wanted: Leek plants

Didn't get around to planting any seed this spring and have been going to garden centre each week but they don't look like they are going to get any in.

If anyone has any to spare I'd be happy to buy them off you.

Thanks.

Hi Kristen, I see you're in Suffolk - don't know exactly where - but do you have a local farmers' market? That might be a good place to try. If you're anywhere near Beccles they have a huge Sunday market that has good plant stalls. Otherwise, try asking on your local Freecycle site. I would help, but I've only got enough leek plantlets for me this year.

Thanks Rusty. Sadly I'm not near Beccles but I hadn't thought of farmers markets, and will look out for them.

Thanks ever so much. Let me know when they are ready. Happy to cover postage and/or contribute to your general garden fund!
