Grow Your Own Magazine

I'm teaming with the stuff, I planted 150 seeds and have 350 left from an opened packet. I've also got an old unopened packet which may or may not germinate. Looks like I'm going to be sick of pesto by the end of this Summer if I can't get rid of some of the seeds.

Would love to swap for seeds for a money tree or tree of eternal youth, but in the unlikely event that no-one comes forward with these varieties the pack is going free as it may not do anything, just send a SAE!

Just so you've got some more info, the unopened pack which may or may not take is from Johnsons Seeds and rather annoyingly doesn't have the variety on the pack - only down as 'Herb Basil' - BUUUUUUT it does have one of those little free printed plastic labels inside - wooohoooo!

The pack also directs you to sow outdoors but other varities I have sown in the past advise you to start the seeds off indoors, in a propergator or covered with clingfilm and to remove this as soon as the seedlings appear. Either way Basil is from the Mediterranean so it prefers warm, sunny and sheltered, I stick mine in pots so I can give surplus away to mates.

I can split the pack between you two if you like, there are 500 seeds in total so plenty to go round. Only one printed plastic label though so you'll have to fight for it. If you both email or PM me your addresses I'll send 'em off.
