Default Cherokee 'Trail of Tears'

Does anyone know where to get these seeds from? Have been on line and can only find american suppliers. After reading on another thread that Sarah(supersprout) was hoping to grow this bean this year I would like to grow some in her memory,if I can get hold of some seed.Heres hoping someone will know about this.Thought would go well in three sisters bed.

I haven't grown this variety myself but I recall that last year there were an awful lot of grapes trying to get hold of the seed as it is one of these varieties that has become a sort of cult classic among growers. Think it's a cool idea to grow it in memory of SS - might get some myself for that very reason.

If I can find somewhere to plant climbing beans I might try some of these in memory of SS too

Three sisters with Cherokee Trail of Tears here too. Got just a few via the Heritage seed library, but hoping to save more for next year.

Every so often, the Cherokee ToT throws a white seed in the pod instead of black. These seeds, when grown out, give normal cherokee pods, but the flowers are white instead of mauve. I've got a big batch of home saved seed, if anyone would like some.
