 Pumpkin for carving Hi all, I've finally managed to cut into my big pumpkin and not surprisingly there are lots of seeds which are huge. The pumpkin skin is quite thin and there is not a huge amount of flesh. So I figure this is probably a good pumpkin for carving. We did try some roasted yesterday and were a bit disappointed. PM me if you'd like some seeds. I'm trying to dry them as I go.
