    Default Passata

I always make lots of passata and I freeze it. I haven't much room in the freezer at the moment, so if I jar it, how long will it keep in the fridge please anyone?

Flo, I asked similar question earlier , as I made some yesterday, don't know if you can find my post, but suggested by Scarlet I think , if you boil up jars in saucepan, and simmer for few mins, you can store in cupboard.

Think I'm going to have to make more, have tons

Aww that's nice (and not in the voice of Mrs Brown). I'll be doing it tomorrow too Dotty and the recipe for pasta sauce looks good.

Think Sunday is definitely going to have to be a day in the kitchen, more chutney, more sauce, etc! Might have to nip out first for more supplies of vinegar, sugar and spices.
